Inside Joseph’s 60Ah SCiB SPL Build
The bank, monitoring hardware, alternator and in-car voltage display are all part of the electrical system supporting this twin-20K Nissan Pulsar build.

60Ah of SCiB Support for Twin 20K Amplifiers
At this level, a battery bank is only one part of the electrical system. Alternator output, measured charging voltage, cable size, fusing, grounding, installation and operating time all determine the real result.
- 3Ah Toshiba SCiB cells are rated by Evolution Lithium at 40C continuous and 75C burst.
- 60Ah × 40C = 2,400A calculated design-current capability before installation and charging-system limits are considered.
- Cell-level and in-car voltage displays give useful visibility across the operating range.
- Correct conductor sizing, protection and secure mounting remain essential.
Built for the Long Term
Joseph has been involved in car audio for more than 30 years and shared this feedback once the project was ready to go.
“Thanks for your help bro after the last couple of months it’s finally here and is ready to go. I wish you all the best in the years to come and spread your business across here and the rest of the world.”— Joseph George, Google review
