Evolution Lithium is committed to complying with New Zealand consumer law while maintaining fair and transparent return conditions.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Please choose carefully and contact us before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility or suitability.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will:
Repair the item, or
Replace the item, or
Provide a refund, in accordance with the CGA
Proof of purchase is required.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
Be unused and uninstalled
Be returned in original packaging
Include all accessories and documentation
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, installation, or damage not caused during shipping.
5. Electrical & Lithium Products
Due to the nature of lithium batteries and electrical components:
Installed or modified products are not eligible for return
Products damaged due to incorrect charging, wiring, or configuration are not covered
Always confirm specifications before installation.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law
We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection of returned goods.
