Deposits/payments will be retained in full. Returns are not accepted. Only in exceptional circumstances will this be considered. The outcome of this considerstion will be at the sole discretion of evolution Lithium. Provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
